1. Who this covers

This policy covers the website at seekolabs.tech and its subpages.

Our apps are separate. Each app we publish has its own privacy policy, because each one handles data differently. Ludo Apex, for example, collects nothing at all and never contacts the internet. See the Ludo Apex privacy policy.

2. What we collect on this website

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser, named _ga and _ga_PS6HSKCTQ5, and sends Google information about your visit: the pages you view, roughly where you are, your device and browser, and how you arrived. Google processes this on our behalf. We see only aggregate reports, never a list of individuals.

If you email us

This site has no contact form. The addresses on it are ordinary email links. If you write to us we receive whatever you choose to send, and we keep it so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses and request details. These exist for security and reliability. We do not use them to build a picture of you.

On your device only

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage under seekolabs-theme. It never leaves your device and we never see it.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
• We run no advertising and no advertising networks on this site.
• We do not build behavioural profiles or use your data to target you elsewhere.
• There are no accounts, so there is no password or profile to lose.

4. Cookies, and how to refuse them

The only cookies this site sets are the Google Analytics ones described above. You can block or delete them at any time in your browser's settings, or install Google's own Analytics opt-out add-on. Nothing on the site stops working if you do.

5. Who we share with

Two companies process data on our behalf, and no one else: Google, for analytics, and Vercel, for hosting. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep things

Google Analytics data is retained on Google's default schedule. Emails you send us are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation and our records, and you can ask us to delete yours.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. Because we hold so little, this is usually quick. Write to support@seekolabs.tech and we will respond.

8. Children

This website is aimed at businesses and adult visitors. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top before the change takes effect.
