Short version: Ludo Apex does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal or sensitive user data. There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. The game runs entirely offline on your device.
1. Information we collect
None. Ludo Apex does not ask for, collect or process any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or device identifiers. You can play without creating an account or signing in.
2. How the app works
Ludo Apex is a single-device board game. All gameplay, both pass & play and matches against the computer, happens locally on your device. The app does not require an internet connection to function, and does not send any information to us or to any third party.
3. Third-party services, analytics and ads
This version of Ludo Apex contains no third-party analytics, no advertising networks and no social or tracking SDKs. No usage data or advertising identifiers are collected or shared.
The website is separate from the app. seekolabs.tech, including this page, uses Google Analytics to count visits. That sets cookies in your browser and shares usage data with Google. It tells us nothing about your game: Ludo Apex runs on your device, never contacts the website, and still collects nothing at all.
4. Permissions
Ludo Apex does not request any permission that accesses your personal data. It does not use the camera, microphone, location, contacts, or storage for personal files.
The app does not request internet access. It declares no network permission at all, which you can verify for yourself in the app's permission list on Google Play.
5. Children's privacy
Ludo Apex is intended for users aged 13 and over. Because the app collects no data whatsoever, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else.
6. Data security
Since Ludo Apex does not collect or transmit any data, there is no personal data to be lost, stolen or misused. Your game settings and profile name are stored only on your own device, and are removed when you uninstall the app.
7. Changes to this policy
If a future update introduces features that collect data, for example online multiplayer or advertising, this policy will be updated before those features are released and the effective date above will change. Please review this page periodically.
