How stamps work
- Stamps run from Prothoma (Sun 11 Oct) to the end of Dashami night (Wed 21 Oct).
- Stand at the pandal and tap Stamp. Your phone's GPS has to put you within about 150 m (more for big grounds).
- One stamp per pandal per day. Come back on another day and you get another stamp. Every stamp counts as a visit on the boards.
- Each Puja day has its own stamp design, and your stamps print in the language you pick: English, Bengali or Hindi.
- A Puja day runs from 5 am to 5 am, so a 2 am stamp still counts for the night you went out.
- Pandals that visitors add count once 3 different people have stamped them.
- Collecting a stamp may show a short ad first. If no ad loads, you get the stamp anyway.
Fair play
- Stamps need at least a minute between them, and you can't jump across the city faster than a car could.
- 40 stamps per Puja day at most.
- Using a fake-GPS app gets you removed from the boards.

Pujo Prizes
Two ways to win, from Saptami (Sat 17 Oct) to Dashami (Wed 21 Oct). Each Puja day runs from 5 am to 5 am, as for stamps, and only stamps that count on the boards count here. Only pandals on our list count for prizes: pandals that visitors add don't, even once their stamps count on the boards.
Daily prize
- Each Puja day, the player with the most stamps that day wins.
- In a tie, whoever reached that number of stamps first goes ahead.
- 40 stamps a day is the most anyone can get, so at 40, whoever got there first wins.
- Winners stay provisional until we've checked them.
Crew Battle
- Crews of 2 to 10 people take part. A bigger crew still works as a crew, but isn't in the battle. While the contest is on, a crew with 10 members takes no more.
- Your stamps count for one crew only: the first one you joined, of the crews you're still in. Only stamps from after you joined it count.
- A crew's points come from the players it has now. If you leave your crew once the contest has started, your stamps so far stop counting for any crew, your next crew counts only your stamps from then on, and rejoining doesn't bring the old ones back.
- Your crew scores 1 point for each different pandal its players stamp, and 1 more for each pandal where two of you stamped within 15 minutes of each other.
- Together stamps and the Dol Bendhe badge are part of the app all season, not a prize.
- In a tie, the crew that reached its score first goes ahead.
- The battle ends with Dashami night, at 5 am on Thu 22 Oct. From then until we've checked the results, crews are locked: nobody can join or leave one.
- The crew on top wins, once we've checked it. The prize goes to the crew's players: the members whose stamps counted for it.
- The battle board shows crew names and scores, never invite codes or who is in a crew. We can take a crew out of the battle, for example for an offensive name.
Prize rules
- Free to take part. No purchase and no lucky draw: prizes go on stamps alone.
- Open to anyone with a Pujo Passport. One account per person.
- Fake-GPS apps, shared accounts or other tricks disqualify you.
- We check winners before any prize is given, and our decision on who is eligible is final.
- Prizes are announced in the app and may change. A prize can't be swapped for cash unless we offer that.
- If you win, we email you at the Google address you signed in with. It is never shown publicly. If you don't reply within 7 days, the prize goes to the next eligible player.
What we keep
- Your Google name, email and photo, from signing in. Boards show the name you pick and your photo; never your email.
- If you win a prize, we use the email you signed in with to contact you about it.
- Your phone number, if you add one on your account page. It's optional and never shown to other players: it isn't on your passport, the boards or share images. We look it up only to reach you about a prize or your account if email doesn't work. You can clear it at any time, and deleting your account deletes it.
- Your gender, if you pick one. It's optional and never shown to other players. We use it only in anonymous totals, to plan next year. You can clear it at any time, and deleting your account deletes it.
- Your locality, the area where you stay, if you add one. It's optional and never shown to other players. We use it only in anonymous totals, to plan next year. You can clear it at any time, and deleting your account deletes it.
- For each stamp: the pandal, the time, and the GPS position your phone gave at that moment. We use the position only to check you were there.
- Your public passport shows which pandals and which day. Never the time, and never your location.
- If someone in one of your crews stamps the same pandal within 15 minutes of you, the app tells them you're there too (a together stamp).
- Location is read only while the app is open on your screen.
- Favourite routes (the heart) are kept only in your phone's browser; we never receive them. They stay there after you sign out, for when you sign back in, and are cleared from that phone when you delete your account on it.
- We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
- We also use Google Analytics, Google's tool and the same one seekolabs.tech uses, to count page visits and actions such as stamps, shares and installs. It sets cookies. It gets each page's address, so a public passport is counted under its link, which shows the handle, but it never gets your name, email or location: a stamp is reported only by its zone, type and day, and whether it was a repeat visit or a together stamp. See Google's privacy policy.
- We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the app: it records taps and scrolling in sessions that aren't tied to your name, and it sets cookies. Your location, distances to pandals and anything you type are hidden from it. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Pages may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies (and may use web beacons and IP addresses) to show ads based on your earlier visits to this site and to other sites; Google's advertising cookies let it and its partners do this. The other vendors are the ad companies Google has certified. Ads never get your GPS position: the app never passes it to them and no page address carries it. The passport set-up, account, map and Near me screens, and Home once you're signed in, request no page ads. You can turn off personalised ads at Google's Ads Settings or at aboutads.info. See how Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps.
- Delete your account from your account page at any time. Your passport, profile, stamps, badges and routes go with it. Crews you are in carry on without you; a crew where you are the last member is deleted.
