Short version: these terms cover this website. Our apps have their own terms, and paid work is covered by a signed agreement, not by this page. The site is provided as it is, and the content on it belongs to us.
1. Agreement
By using seekolabs.tech you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What these terms cover, and what they do not
They cover this website and nothing else.
- Our apps are licensed under their own terms and privacy policies, and through the app store you install them from.
- Client and partner work is governed by the written agreement signed for that project. Nothing on this website forms an offer, a quote, or a contract, and nothing here overrides a signed agreement.
3. Our content
The SeekoLabs name, logo, wordmark, the text, design, code and images on this site belong to SeekoLabs unless stated otherwise. You may read, link to and share the site normally. You may not copy the design or content to pass it off as your own, or use our name and logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
4. Fair use of the site
Please do not attempt to break into, disrupt or overload the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Third-party links and services
This site links to other places, including app stores and social profiles, and uses Google Analytics and Vercel. We are not responsible for the content or practices of anyone else. What we collect here is set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that every detail is current. Product information, including anything about apps not yet released, may change.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SeekoLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and the current version is always the one on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
