Terms of use
Last updated 11 October 2026
Pujo Passport by SeekoLabs (“Pujo Passport” or “the app”) is run by Indrajit Tewari, Kolkata, West Bengal, India (“we” or “us”). These terms are the agreement between you and us. They cover the app, its pages, its share images and its links. By signing in, or by using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Read them with the rules and privacy (how stamps, badges and prizes work, and what we keep about you) and the copyright policy (who owns what). On prizes, the prize rules come first.
1. Your account
- Anyone can play. If you are under 18, use Pujo Passport only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
- One account per person, signed in with your own Google account. Don't share your account or use anyone else's.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account. If you think someone else is using it, tell us at indrajit.tewari10@gmail.com.
2. Playing fair
- Stamp only where you really are. No fake-GPS or location-changing apps, emulators, or changes to your phone or the app that fake a visit.
- No second accounts, and no bots, scripts or other tools that stamp, join crews or play for you.
- If you find a bug that gives stamps, badges or rank, don't use it. Tell us instead.
- If we believe you have broken these rules, we may remove stamps and badges, take you or your crew off the boards and out of the prizes, or close your account. We don't have to say how we found out.
3. Staying safe
- Puja crowds are huge. Watch where you are going, and never use the app while driving or riding.
- Follow the police, the puja volunteers and the signs. Don't enter a closed, private or unsafe place for a stamp.
- No stamp, badge or prize is worth a risk. Plan your own route and take care of yourself and the people with you.
4. What you post
This covers your display name, your handle, the names of crews you make and the names of pandals you add. They must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or illegal. They must not pretend to be someone else or carry advertising or links. You keep what you post, and you give us the licence set out in the copyright policy. We may edit, hide or remove anything that breaks these rules, and we may refuse or reclaim a handle or a crew name.
5. What you may not do with the app or its data
Pujo Passport, its pandal list, its trails and its stamps took a lot of work to make. Unless we agree in writing, you may not:
- copy, scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download the app's pages, map, pandal list, routes, trails, boards or any other data, by hand or with software;
- use any part of the app, its data or its content to build, train, improve or feed another app, website, map, list, dataset, game, AI model or service, and above all one that does what Pujo Passport does;
- copy, adapt, translate or imitate the app's design, screens, stamp designs, badges, contest, tour, text or code, or make anything that could be mistaken for Pujo Passport;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or take apart the app, or try to get its source code, except where the law allows it whatever these terms say;
- use our servers or database other than through the app as it is meant to be used; get around sign-in, limits or any other protection; or probe, scan or test the app's security without our written permission (please report security problems to indrajit.tewari10@gmail.com);
- overload, slow down or disrupt the app;
- sell, rent, frame or republish the app or its data, or use them for any business purpose;
- click ads you aren't interested in, ask others to, or fake ad views or clicks in any other way;
- remove or hide our copyright or trade mark notices.
Search engines and AI answer services may read and quote our public pages, as our robots.txt allows. Apart from sharing your own passport, its link and its share images, and crew and route links, with the app's share buttons, nothing behind sign-in may be copied.
Breaking this section breaks your agreement with us as well as our rights. We may block your access and close your account, and we may go to court for an order to stop it, for damages, and for our costs.
6. Ads
Pujo Passport is free, and ads help pay for it. Pages may show Google AdSense ads, and collecting a stamp may show a short ad first. How ads use data is in the rules and privacy.
7. The pandal information
- Pandal names, pins, areas, Metro stations and trails are our best effort from public sources. Some pins are approximate. Walking times are estimates.
- Pandals may open late, close early, move, or limit entry. Check before you travel.
- Pujo Passport is not an entry pass or a VIP pass and gives no priority entry anywhere.
- We are not connected with, endorsed by or sponsored by any puja committee, club, sponsor, award or government body.
8. Changes, and when things go wrong
- The app is provided as it is. It may change, pause or stop at any time, including during Puja. Stamps depend on your phone's GPS and network, so we can't promise a stamp every time.
- We may change the app, its badges, its boards and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will say so in the app when a change matters. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
9. Ending
- You can stop at any time, and delete your account from your account page.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or to protect other players or the app.
- Sections 5, 10 and 11 still apply after your account is closed.
10. Our liability
Pujo Passport is free. As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those in these terms. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost stamps or data, missed pandals, travel costs, or anything that happens to you or your phone while you are out pandal hopping. Our total liability for anything to do with the app is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
If you break section 5 and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you will cover our reasonable losses and costs.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please write to us first at indrajit.tewari10@gmail.com: our grievance officer, Indrajit Tewari, acknowledges complaints within 24 hours and resolves them within 15 days. Any dispute goes to the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
