Pujo Passport is run by Indrajit Tewari, Kolkata, West Bengal, India (“we”). This page says what we own, what you own, what we use from others, and how to tell us if something here infringes your rights. It applies to the website, the share images it makes, and anything else published under the Pujo Passport name.
What we own
Everything that makes up Pujo Passport is © 2026 Indrajit Tewari. All rights reserved, except as set out on this page. That includes:
- the code, including the server logic, the database design and the checks behind stamping, fair play and scoring;
- the stamp artwork: the ten Puja-day designs, their frames, motifs and layouts, and how they print in English, Bengali and Hindi;
- the badges (their names, descriptions and art), the Pujo Prizes and Crew Battle as written, the tour, the guide and all the other text;
- the look of the app: its screens, layouts, illustrations and logo, and how they work together;
- the pandal list and the trails: which pandals are on it, their pins, their Bengali and Hindi names, areas, zones and Metro stations, and the walking trails. We compiled them with our own skill and judgement, and they are protected as a compilation. The parts that come from open data stay under their own licences (see below).
What you may and may not do
- You may share your own passport page, its link and its share images anywhere, including social media and messaging apps. That is what they are for.
- You may link to any public page, and quote a few lines with a link back to it.
- You may not copy, adapt, translate or imitate the app, its look, its stamp designs, its badges, its contest, its tour or its text, in another app, website, game, printed item or anything else, without our written permission.
- You may not copy, scrape or bulk-download the pandal list, the map, the trails, the boards or any other data, or use them to build another product or to train software, without our written permission. Search engines and AI answer services may read and quote the public pages, as our robots.txt allows. Apart from sharing your own passport, its link and its share images, and crew and route links, with the app's share buttons, nothing behind sign-in may be copied.
- You may not reverse-engineer or decompile the app, except where the law allows it.
- Using the app means accepting the terms of use, which set out these limits as an agreement between you and us (section 5).
Our name and logo
Pujo Passport by SeekoLabs™ and the stamp logo identify this service. Don't use them, or anything that could be mistaken for them, for another app, website, event or product, or in a way that suggests we made or endorse something we didn't. Pujo Passport by SeekoLabs is not connected with any other app, website or event that uses the name “Pujo Passport”.
What you own
Your display name, your handle, the names of crews you make, and the names of pandals you add stay yours. By putting them on Pujo Passport you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, display and reproduce them inside the service and in the share images it makes, for as long as they are on the service. The licence ends when you delete them or your account, except where they already appear in images people have downloaded or shared.
Only post what you have the right to post. Don't use someone else's name, brand or trademark as your name, handle or crew name in a way that misleads people. We may edit, hide or remove anything that breaks these rules or the law, and we may refuse or reclaim a handle.
Pandals, pujas and their art
Names of pandals, puja committees and clubs are used only to tell you where a pandal is and to label your stamps. Pujo Passport is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any puja committee, club, sponsor, award or government body. We do not host photographs of idols, pandals or their artwork. The designs, idols and themes of each puja belong to their artists and committees.
If you run a puja and want its listing corrected or removed, write to indrajit.tewari10@gmail.com and we will act on it.
